See this World Heritage Site transformed into a fantasy-land of pirates and fairies.

 

From midday children are invited to take part in Peter Pan themed activities in the Abbey including a discovery trail and fancy dress parade (all children who come in fancy dress will receive free entry to the estate). There will also be storytelling, games, a puppet show and face painting in the ruins for children of all ages to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

 

Why not bring a picnic and continue the fun and adventure from day to night as Heartbreak Productions perform a new adaptation of JM Barrie’s children’s classic, with the Abbey as a backdrop at 6.30pm.

 

Join Wendy, John and Michael Darling as they follow Peter Pan, the boy who never grows up, to a world where fairies live and children can fly.  But beware - danger lurks in this magical land of mermaids, Indians, and fairy dust. Captain Hook and his pirates aboard the Jolly Roger are waiting to make Peter Pan and his Lost Boys walk the plank!
